Quotations and services
Quotations are valid for the period stated and may be withdrawn. Services are performed under separate contracts specifying scope, price, programme, and warranties. Conflicts between these Terms and a signed contract are resolved in favour of the signed contract.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect loss arising from website use. Nothing limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Intellectual property
Website text, images, and branding remain our property or our licensors. Project documentation is handled as agreed in project contracts.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts where permitted by law.
